## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 建立药物早期发现和筛选的体外生物活性评价平台，包括各种生化、分子生物学及细胞功能实验等，并应用相关平台进行小分子和大分子药物的筛选、评价，提供可靠的临床前数据支持。
- 负责设计并优化实验方案、数据分析、及时完成实验记录和报告撰写，并解决工作中产生的问题。
- 深入理解靶点的生物学机制，并通过体外实验进行药物作用机制的研究。
- 参与部门运营工作，包括实验室日常管理、仪器维护、试剂耗材申购领用等。
- 积极完成交付的其他工作任务。

### 岗位要求
- 药理学、生物学、免疫学或其他相关专业博士
