### 工作地点

上海/北京

### 一、【核心职责】
- 基于公司产品属性，制定策略，提升产品在临床药学领域循证医学证据；
- 设立药学科研课题，撰写申报指南，助力药学科研能力提升；
- 负责药学科研相关项目专家库成员、合作机构日常合作。

### 教育背景
- 临床药学、药理学、药物经济学、医学等医药相关专业，硕士及以上学历。

### 工作经验
- 具备2年及以上药品上市前/上市后医学策略或运营管理经验，独立主导过多中心临床研究项目者优先。

### 专业技能&核心素质
- 1）具备一定临床研究设计及运营能力； 2）优秀的跨部门领导力、协调沟通能力与项目管理能力； 3）结果导向，能承受高压，在复杂多变的环境中推动目标达成。
