## Job description

### 合成工艺开发部-分析研究员 岗位职责
- 独立完成液相分析、气相分析等仪器分析研究工作；独立完成样品的各项理化指标分析研究工作；
- 根据合成反应和路线验证，独立完成分析方法开发；
- 负责整理分析实验得出的数据，并写出报告；
- 负责药品的质量方法的建立和验证，并制定相关的方案；
- 负责撰写相关的注册申报资料和原始记录，完成质量研究；
- 负责维护保养各种分析使用仪器；
- 协助上级完成实验室的日常管理工作；
- 完成上级交办的临时性任务等。

### 任职要求
- 全日制硕士学历，有机合成、药物化学、药学、化学分析等相关专业，有CRO工作背景优先，有合成相关背景或工作经验经验优先；
- 熟悉有机合成和化合物结构表征基础知识，配合合成部门开展分析相关工作；
- 熟悉仪器分析理论以及理化分析知识熟悉各种现代分析仪器及药物分析方法；
- 具备一定的沟通计划及执行能力；
- 具备基本的文献检索和英文文献阅读能力；
- 能够系统性的记录实验数据并撰写报告；
- 熟练使用Chemoffice，Office等办公软件；
- 具有较强的学习能力、工作能力、抗压能力和团队精神，能够与同事进行良好的沟通协作
