## Job description
- 根据直线经理要求负责各自项目（肿瘤、免疫、血液学等领域优先）的临床前开发（包括药效、药代和安全性）工作。
- 负责对应项目的承担单位稽查与质量保证工作；
- 负责对应项目的进度，有效推进项目；
- 负责临床前药理毒理部相应SOP的编制、完善和升级。
