## Job description

### 多肽制备与纯化
- 熟练操作 Gilson、Waters、岛津等高压制备型高效液相色谱仪，完成多肽粗品的纯化与转盐；确保目标多肽达到纯度要求； 具备不同疏水性、不同等电点多肽的纯化经验。

### 能根据粗品 HPLC 图谱以及产品要求独立设计制备方法

包括流动相体系、洗脱梯度、色谱柱选型、上样量与收集策略。 准确计算产品收率。

### 纯度分析与工艺优化
- 使用 HPLC / LC-MS 进行纯度检测、峰识别、杂质分析； 能够根据分析结果进一步优化纯化条件。

### 仪器维护与管理
- 负责制备液相系统的日常维护、冲洗、保养、校准； 及时处理异常、故障上报与跟进维修； 保证仪器状态稳定、实验连续运转。

### 实验记录与数据合规
- 规范、真实、完整填写实验记录； 整理纯化数据、谱图、结果报告； 确保数据可追溯、可复核、符合公司 SOP 及研发合规要求。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，药物化学、有机化学、制药工程、药学、分析化学等相关专业，5年以上相关工作经验；
- 工作细致、有条理，对纯度数据和谱图敏感，有责任心；
- 具备一定的抗压能力，能同时处理多个纯化任务并按时交付；
- 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能主动与合成、分析部门同事配合。
