## Job description

【岗位职责】1. 负责恒瑞乳腺肿瘤类产品在相关医院的推广工作；2. 在辖区内维护好客户关系，通过专业化学术拜访，及时有效传递产品信息、处理异议，正确引导客户处方习惯，提升公司品牌影响力；3. 制定并实施辖区医院的推销计划，开展学术推广工作，提供专业化咨询服务；4. 及时收集并反馈客户信息和公司产品的临床使用情况；5.充分了解市场状态，及时向领导汇报竞品情况及市场最新动态，提出合理化建议；【岗位要求】1. 本科及以上学历，药学、医药、临床、生物、护理、营销相关专业；2.有3年以上医药信息沟通工作经验，肿瘤销售经验优先考虑；3. 具有良好的沟通表达能力，抗压能力，积极进取，有良好的学习能力和自我管理能力；4.有较强的责任感、使命感，愿与恒瑞医药共同发展。【待遇】高底薪+无上限提成，五险一金等福利，提供有竞争力的薪酬职位福利：五险一金、每年多次调薪、弹性工作、试用期全额、项目奖金
