## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责分子克隆相关实验方案设计、实验操作、结果数据分析；
- 负责不同真核表达系统（HEK293及CHO-S）的重组蛋白的表达工作;
- 负责重组蛋白的纯化工作；
- 负责及时、准确、规范地撰写相关的实验记录、研究报告；
- 完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

### 任职要求
- 分子生物学、生物化学、抗体工程、生物技术等相关背景，本科或硕士学历，具有多年重组蛋白药物研发经验；
- 精通HEK293及CHO-S表达体系，具有多年双抗及多特异性抗体表达和纯化经验；同时熟悉大肠杆菌、酵母、昆虫细胞等表达体系者优先；
- 能够独立设计实验，解决实验中出现的问题，分析实验结果；
- 有较强的团队协作、沟通、协调能力；
- 能够熟练地阅读、准确理解英文文献，并有一定的英文研究报告撰写能力；
- 有责任心，能够主动承担实验室公共事务。
