## Job description

### 岗位职责

1、负责公司诉讼、仲裁及纠纷案件的全流程管理，包括案件分析、证据收集、法律文书起草、出庭应诉及执行跟进；2、制定诉讼策略，评估案件风险，提供可行性解决方案，最大限度维护公司权益；3、对接外部律师及司法机关，协调内外部资源推动案件高效处理；4、处理日常法律咨询，审核合同及业务操作中的法律风险，预防潜在纠纷；5、跟踪司法实践及立法动态，完善公司诉讼应对机制及合规管理体系。

### 任职资格

1、法学本科及以上学历，通过法律职业资格考试，3年以上诉讼或争议解决相关经验，有律所诉讼团队或企业法务经验者优先；2、具备医药行业工作背景，熟悉制药各模块业务；3、熟悉民商事诉讼法、合同法、劳动法及行业相关法规，具备独立代理案件能力；4、优秀的法律分析、文书撰写及庭审应对能力，逻辑严谨，抗压性强；5、擅长跨部门协作，能够快速理解业务需求并提供针对性法律支持。
