## Job description

### 负责非肿瘤大分子药物早期发现
- 蛋白水平活性筛选，细胞水平的通路检测、功能筛选与验证，体内模型的样本检测等

### 负责非肿瘤靶点概念验证
- 实验方法调研，设计和优化体外活性评价体系等

### 负责体内、外实验数据的整理、统计分析与报告撰写 任职条件
- 生物学相关专业，硕士及以上学历；免疫学背景优先
- 熟悉掌握基础免疫学/细胞学实验方法（细胞株构建、原代细胞分离与培养等）与多种检测方法（ELISA检测、多色流式检测等）；具有独立设计并优化实验方法能力
- 具有良好的理解、思考与提问能力
- 具有良好的沟通、科学讨论与解决问题能力
- 工作经验不限；有独立建立实验方法经验优先
