### 销售管培生 岗位职责
- 掌握市场部的运作流程，具备基本的市场策划能力。
- 掌握医学部的运作流程，具备基本的医学谈判能力。
- 掌握拜访客户/医生，提供专业化的服务，建立良好的客户关系；推广公司品牌，提升公司在市场上的影响力。

### 您将获得多岗位的学习机会

不少于6个月市场部轮岗； 不少于6个月医学部轮岗； 不少于1年销售代表的岗位经历； 让您加速成为具备全局思维的新生代管理者 岗位要求: 2026年医药相关专业硕士毕业，具备良好的沟通协调能力和学习敏锐度，目标性强，抗压能力强；
