## Job description
- 主导CHO稳定高表达细胞株的筛选与优化，包括细胞库构建、遗传稳定性评估及可生产性分析。
- 负责抗体表达载体构建及各类抗体分子（单抗、双抗、融合蛋白等）的细胞株开发策略制定。
- 负责起草相关技术文档，支持IND/BLA申报。
- 遵循GLP（良好实验室规范）要求开展实验方案制定、数据记录与分析，确保研发过程的可追溯性和合规性。
- 参与实验室日常5S管理与维护。

### 任职要求

1、 硕士及以上学历，生物工程/细胞生物学/生物制药等相关专业。 2、3年以上稳转细胞株构建经验，精通分子克隆、基因编辑及细胞培养技术。 3、熟悉生物制药相关法规（GMP/FDA/EMA），了解稳转细胞株构建注册申报要求。 4、具有良好的中英文技术报告撰写能力。 5、具有较强的文献检索、分析和解决问题能力。 6、具有良好的团队协作精神和跨部门沟通能力。
