## Job description

### 职位描述

负责协助项目经理进行临床试验过程管理 职责：

### 协助项目管理
- 参与项目沟通协调，协助项目各项后勤支持，负责项目产生问题的汇总、反馈，协助项目遗传办申报、项目NDA申报；

### 协助会务及培训
- 协助召集、组织网络及现场会议并撰写会议纪要，协助项目经理进行项目培训；

### 临床试验文档管理
- 根据项目要求，定期收集、审核项目产生的TMF文档，并按要求归档；

### Medidata系统管理
- 项目创建、研究中心及研究人员的匹配及管理、机构/伦理信息的录入；

### 财务商务支持
- 审核项目组财务票据、项目合同申请及跟进、项目费用申请与冲账；
- 资料印刷申请、盖章文件发放及药品耗材追踪；
- 其他项目协调工作。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，临床医学、药学、护理学等相关专业；
- 熟悉临床试验管理规范（GCP）和临床工作相关法规，了解临床研究实施流程；
- 熟练使用计算机、网络和办公软件，擅长文案和数据处理； 3、具有较强的沟通能力、组织管理能力和协调能力。
