## Job description

岗位职责1) 参与产品市场计划和品牌管理，执行学术活动2) 收集并整理学术及竞品信息、动态市场走势，进行内外部数据分析3) 负责相关领域专家团队的组建、日常拜访及客情维护4) 负责对销售团队进行产品知识培训和技术答疑5)合规管理，需要密切关注相关政策的变化，确保公司业务合规开展；对政策进行深入研究，为公司提供合规建议，降低公司的法律风险；任职资格

### 教育背景
- （学历、专业等） 1）全日制本科学历及以上

### 医学、药学及相关专业 2、经验要求
- 1) 4年以上制药及相关行业品牌管理经验 2) 熟悉医药行业市场营销

### 拥有相关治疗领域工作经验者优先 3、知识与技能要求
- （内容及等级/水平的描述） 1)较强的策略思维、数据分析能力及市场敏锐度，能够准确把握产品定位，打造并维护独特品牌观念 2）拥有市场活动策划及执行经验，能独立设计活动方案，执行并把控活动各环节及流程 3) 具有较强的KOL管理能力，包括沟通、谈判、学术关系维护等4、能力要求：（一般不超过3项） 1）良好的团队合作精神，拥有跨部门沟通协作能力 2）有强烈且明确的职业发展意愿和责任感 3）具备一定的创新思维，思维活跃，表达能力良好
