## Job description

### 职位描述

负责多肽 / 环肽创新药物的立项调研、分子设计、构效关系研究、序列优化、成药性提升、专利布局等工作。 岗位职责
- 多肽/环肽药物分子设计 结合靶点机制、共晶结构、AIDD/CADD 结果开展理性药物设计；运用非天然氨基酸、侧链修饰、骨架改造等策略，对Hits、Lead 化合物进行序列分析、亲和力优化、选择性提升，体内外药效提升等；
- 成药性提升 针对多肽/环肽的代谢稳定性、溶解度、膜通透性、药代动力学等关键性质进行系统优化，推动项目高质量推进至 PCC。
- 课题调研与方案制定 跟踪全球多肽/环肽药物前沿进展，独立完成靶点调研、立项分析、专利检索等工作。
- 数据、报告与知识产权 规范整理设计与验证数据，撰写调研报告，项目总结，支持专利撰写、论文发表、项目申报等工作。 任职要求
- 拥有药物化学，药学等相关专业博士学历，取得最高学位后有3年以上多肽/环肽药物开发工作经验。
- 具备扎实的多肽 / 环肽药物设计、结构优化、成药性改造经验；
- 有多肽 / 环肽项目从 Hit/Lead 推进至 PCC 的完整经验者优先；
- 具备扎实的多肽化学基础和丰富的环化合成经验；
- 具备文献检索、专利分析、立项调研能力；
- 良好的沟通协调、跨部门推动能力，逻辑清晰，责任心强，抗压能力强。
