## Job description

### 工作职责
- 根据 NMPA 相关法规、公司 SOP、研究方案以及项目计划要求，进行临床试验项目的管理和质量控制，包括研究中心选择、启动、研究者培训、患者筛选入组、监查和中心关闭等相关工作，确保研究者按照方案、GCP、SOP 等相关要求进行临床试验，确保试验数据的合法性、准确性和完整性；
- 根据公司及部门要求，组织科室宣讲、患者活动以及疾病调查，推进完成项目入组目标；
- 协助研究者完成数据疑问，及时、完整地收集研究相关资料；
- 完成并反馈公司需要收集的各项报告和反馈；
- 维护好各临床中心机构、伦理及科室关系；
- 承担区域内领导安排的其他工作。

### 任职资格
- 硕士学历，医学、药学等相关专业；
- 良好的沟通表达能力，能适应临床监查的工作环境和工作特点；
- 工作认真，积极主动，有较好的自主学习能力；
- 熟练使用 office 办公软件；
- 对临床试验行业有一定了解，了解GCP等相关法规。
