## Job description

### 文件管理
- 负责公司GMP文件的创建、审批、发放、生效、撤销、收回、归档、销毁等，保证文件处于受控状态，维护文件清单。

### 档案管理
- 各类文件按照规定装订、分类、归档、保管、盘点、调档，复印等。

### 文件合规管理
- 定期抽查执行情况，发现问题及时反馈并跟进整改；对于文件记录管理偏差，参与调查原因分析与CAPA制定。

### 记录管理
- 审核记录分发申请确认并制作记录台账电子模版，根据文件规定分发记录。
- 外来文件的管理，协助内外部审计，提供所需文件和资料支持等。

### 岗位要求

1、本科及以上学历，药学相关专业；2、医药行业工作经验优先，熟悉生产和质量部工作；3、熟悉文件管理流程，具备一定的文件编写及编译能力；4、熟练操作Office软件，熟悉DMS文件管理系统；5、熟悉现行版GMP等要求，对文件目录或内容有一定记忆能力；6、工作细致、踏实、有责任心，具有良好的沟通表达能力和学习能力，一定的承压能力。
