## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责管理全国临床试验项目（上市后Ⅳ期项目或IIT项目）；
- 协调内部团队和外部合作伙伴，确保项目顺利进行；
- 监督研究进程，保证项目数据的质量和准确性；
- 与监管机构和伦理委员会沟通，确保项目合规；
- 协助组织项目研究者会议、成果转化会议，传递产品医学价值。

### 岗位要求

1、本科及以上学历，医学、药学或相关专业背景； 2、3年以上肿瘤领域的临床项目管理经验； 3、具备较强的组织协调能力，以及优秀的团队领导力； 4、熟悉临床试验的相关法规和流程； 5、具备良好的沟通和谈判技巧，能够有效地处理多种复杂情况； 6、拥有良好的数据管理和分析能力； 7、具有出色的项目管理和计划能力；
