## Job description

### 主要职责
- 试验管理:协助研究者进行中心启动相关工作，包括但不限于协调申报伦理、研究协议签署等;
- 受试者管理:协助研究者进行受试者的筛选、入组及随访等;
- 临床试验档案管理:协助完成研究资料的收集、归档和管理工作;
- 数据管理:完成EDC系统的临床试验数据的录入；

### 工作进度汇报
- 负责区域内多个中心，定期向直线经理汇报各中心工作进度。

### 岗位要求
- 临床医学、药学或护理等相关专业，大专以上学历；
- 至少1年CRC经验；
- 学习能力强、良好的服务意识；
- 沟通协调能力强，进行内外部沟通和协调；

### 能熟练掌握office办公软件
- 有责任心、遵守相关GCP法规及公司制度；
- 能接受经常市内不同医院间通勤及中短距离出差
