## Job description

### 职责描述

1、参与公司现有细胞治疗管线的细胞工艺开发工作，包括但不限于PBMC分离与冻存工艺、细胞激活工艺、细胞培养工艺、细胞分选工艺、基因转导工艺、细胞收获工艺等。能够独立完成实验设计、数据整理分析、报告撰写和汇报；2、参与细胞治疗平台SOP、工艺开发报告、技术转移方案、临床申报资料等文件撰写，以及将来向生产技术转移，协助生产完成临床工艺确认和样品生产；3、参与PD实验室和中试车间建设和日常维护，包括设备维护、物料管理、文件管理等；4、协助制剂工艺开发，包括但不限于制剂处方开发、冻存工艺开发、制剂稳定性研究等；5、协助分析方法开发，包括但不限于FACS、ELISA、细胞杀伤等，协助日常分析检测工作。

### 任职要求

1、硕士3年以上，博士优先，生物工程、细胞生物学、免疫学、生物化学与分子生物学、微生物学、药学等相关专业；2、具备细胞治疗工艺开发相关工作经验，拥有DoE经验和哺乳动物细胞生物反应器培养工艺开发经验者尤佳；3、熟悉细胞治疗相关指导原则和法律法规；4、具备娴熟的细胞实验操作技能和严谨的无菌操作意识；熟悉细胞培养设备、细胞培养技术、流式细胞术等；熟悉包材相容性、安全性和稳定性研究方法等；5、为人沉稳踏实，具有强烈的责任心和团队协作能力，较强学习能力、动手能力、沟通能力，善于发现发问题和解决问题；6、英文水平良好，能够流利阅读外文文献和撰写双语文件。
