## Job description

### 工作职责
- 支持临床项目的实施与管理；
- 支持制定临床项目管理计划，负责组织监查、培训、进度跟踪，确保临床试验的质量；
- 协助临床试验项目计划和预算制定，管理和控制项目支出;
- 负责在项目推进过程中，保持项目团队成员充分沟通，并按需及时与公司内部相关部门进行沟通和协调；
- 协调各研究中心、申办者、数据管理人员之间的沟通；维护与各中心研究者的良好关系。
