## Job description

### 岗位职责

1.根据公司目标和战略要求，制定有效的区域业务规划，制定合理的财务经营规划；2.合理分配业务员负责市场和业务指标，并负责跟进和考核；3.对团队成员定期进行培训、辅导，关注下属成长；4.协同各部门高效执行，交付业务结果。

### 职位要求

1.本科及以上学历，药学、医药、临床、生物、护理、营销相关专业优先；2.有肿瘤领域/特药推广经验和团队管理经验；3.具备较强的专业知识储备和销售技能、风险管控意识、合规经营能力。
