## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责单抗细胞培养工作，包括细胞复苏和扩增以及一次性生物反应器的培养、深层过滤等工作。
- 参与相关技术文件，包括批生产记录、工艺规程、操作规程等，并按SOP要求填写批生产记录、设备等辅助记录。
- 及时向领导反馈工艺、人员、安全、生产环境、维护及其他问题。
- 进行偏差调查，领导调查工作、变更实行及纠正和预防措施的执行。
- 负责车间主要生产设备的IOQ、再确认以及维护保养。
- 支持生产物料统计和批次成本分析。
- 协助撰写和审核申报资料部分内容。
- 对生产数据进行归纳和分析。
- 配合组内及部门的日常管理事务。

### 任职要求
- 具有生物、化学、医药工程等相关专业本科以上学历，
- 两年及以上细胞培养生产操作的相关知识或经验。
- 了解GMP法规基本要求，熟悉GMP生产环境。
- 工作积极主动，责任心强，为人诚信，能吃苦耐劳，有良好的沟通及团队合作。
