## Job description

### 职位职责
- 负责多肽/环肽的合成与优化；
- 执行多肽纯化、结构鉴定及质量分析等实验操作，确保数据准确性与时效性；
- 撰写实验记录、项目总结汇报、数据整理及专利文档等；
- 负责实验室基本的工作环境维护，遵守实验室的安全管理制度。

### 任职资格
- 拥有有机化学或药物化学专业硕士以上学历，取得最高学位后具有2年以上多肽/环肽合成研发经验；具备扎实的小分子有机合成研发背景；
- 具有多肽/环肽的合成、修饰与纯化方面的实践经验，能独立解决合成中遇到的问题；
- 熟悉固相合成（SPPS）、液相合成（LPPS）以及各种环化策略（头对尾、头对侧链、侧链对侧链等）；
- 需熟练掌握Fmoc固相合成原理、各种缩合试剂（HATU、PyBOP等）的使用，以及保护基策略；
- 精通多肽相关仪器的使用与数据分析（如多肽固相合成仪，HPLC, LC-MS, Prep-HPLC等）。
