## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 主导创新药合成工艺的研发与优化，设计高效、稳定的合成路线，提升工艺收率与纯度。
- 独立承担项目的实验实施，解决反应过程中的技术难题，保障项目按计划推进。
- 精准整理实验数据并进行深度分析，撰写规范的项目报告，为决策提供数据支持。
- 协助完成合成工艺向生产端的转移与验证，确保工艺的可放大性与合规性。 任职要求
- 统招博士学历，药物合成、有机化学等相关专业，基础理论扎实。
- 拥有3-5年创新药合成研发经验，熟悉从小试研发流程。
- 具备良好的中英文文献检索与阅读表达能力，能独立追踪行业前沿技术。
- 熟悉药物研发流程，具备较强的成本意识与合规思维。
