## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助区域市场领导策划并执行区域整体市场策略；
- 通过各种市场学术活动推广公司产品，包括科室会、沙龙、各级别学术会议的组织、讲解及产品推广；
- 负责产品临床问题的搜集、分析与协调解决；负责竞品分析，能对市场需求及发展趋势进行预判，协助产品立项；
- 分析相关医疗资料及文献，进行产品医学溯源，引导相关专家做临床学术研究，并对相关进展分析提炼；
- 定期拜访区域内学术专家，进行专家队伍的建立和维护；
- 对区域销售团队进行持续的产品相关学术知识的培训与考核。 任职资格
- 全日制统招本科及以上学历，硕士学历优先，药学或医学相关专业；
- 有代谢领域经验优先，具备良好的沟通表达能力、演讲能力、组织协调能力和团队合作精神，诚实守信，执着奋进；
- 熟练使用常用办公软件；
- 有中大型医药企业相关工作经验优先；能够适应出差及快节奏工作。
