## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责多肽品种起始物料、中间体、原料、制剂的质量分析方法开发，样品检验放行等工作；
- 负责多肽类药物的质量标准制定、杂质研究、稳定性考察等研究；
- 维护和检定分析仪器，保证实验室安全运作，做好相关技术资料的保密和合规；
- 解决分析过程中遇到的专业技术难题；
- 撰写药物分析方面的注册申报资料，并协助接受相关产品的注册研制现场核查；
- 完成上级安排的其他合规管理、实验室5S事务、新分析技术调研、降本增效等公共事务管理工作。

### 岗位要求
- 硕士及以上学历，药物分析、药学、分析化学等相关专业；
- 熟练掌握HPLC，UV，GC-MS等分析仪器，有分析方法开发经验、质量研究经验的优先；
- 具有较强的检索、提取和转化文献资料关键信息的能力，并创新运用于项目开发和技术问题突破。
- 具有扎实的药物分析学相关基础知识和专业技术水平，清晰的科研思路和逻辑思绪能力，以及深度分析和高效解决技术问题的能力。
- 具有高度学习内驱力、跨领域思索能力、社会洞察力和同理心、情绪恢复力的高潜力人才。
- 具有良好的沟通能力、执行能力、抗压能力和团队合作精神。
