## Job description

岗位职责
- 主导抗体亲和力成熟及筛选项目的方案设计、实验执行与数据验证，确保项目按计划推进；
- 负责酵母表面展示文库的构建、筛选及验证，优化筛选策略以提升命中率；
- 承担抗体筛选与验证相关的常规及关键实验操作，独立完成技术数据分析与解读；
- 系统记录、整理并归档实验项目的过程数据与结果，撰写规范的研究报告；
- 参与环肽展示、新型蛋白改造技术和平台技术优化等探索性研究，推动平台技术边界的拓展。 岗位要求
- 生物学或相关专业，硕士及以上学历；
- 具备扎实的分子生物学实验技能；
- 具有抗体发现、抗体工程或免疫学相关研究经验者优先；
- 有学术论文发表经历者优先，能够体现良好的科研素养；
- 对酵母展示、噬菌体展示等展示技术，以及抗体工程、环肽发现等方向有浓厚兴趣，愿意在相关领域深入发展。
