## Job description

岗位职责
- 轮岗抗体生产车间各工序（细胞培养、蛋白纯化），参与原液车间生产，整理并分析生产数据趋势。
- 轮岗生产部各职能模块，执行技术转移、变更/偏差/CAPA、设备验证、CSV验证、海外审计迎检及质量改进项目管理。
- 跟踪并解读中美欧法规动态，输出差距整改方案，确保生产过程持续合规。
- 编制及审核英文版工艺规程和生产批记录，保证术语准确、符合监管要求。
- 跨部门协调资源，推动生产、质量和工程设备相关问题的识别、分析、解决与预防。
- 完成轮岗报告、项目总结及终期答辩，展示学习成果与成长计划。 任职要求
- 硕士学历，生物、药学、医学相关专业；
- 英语可作为工作语；
- 熟悉 GMP、FDA/EMA相关指南优先；
- 具备数据敏感度，细心严谨。
