## Job description

### 工作职责
- 负责I期（或IIT）首次人体试验方案的设计。临床药理相关内容包括但不限于起始剂量、给药方案、剂量爬坡的设计，以及制定生物样本采集计划等；
- 负责生物样本检测单位和中心实验室的供应商管理工作。具体负责方法学验证、样本检测计划等关键节点的把控，监督样本分析进度和数据交付质量；如必要，和相关同事一起进行方法学问题处理和优化；
- 具有对PK数据进行NCA分析能力，以及进行E-R分析，支持剂量爬坡、剂量优化、剂量选择等临床决策；
- 参与临床研究关键文件的撰写，包括但不限于IND申报资料中临床药理相关报告、IB、CSR中临床药相关章节的撰写；
- 负责临床药理部门相关SOP的撰写、维护和培训。

### 任职资格

1. 硕士及以上学历，药代动力学、分子生物学、临床药学、药理学等相关专业； 2. 3~5年医药行业经验，具有大分子、细胞基因治疗等项目经验者优先； 3. 具有一定的供应商管理经验，熟悉大分子、细胞基因治疗等项目的方法学开发、验证过程，以及相关的检测技术； 4. 熟悉WinNonLin，RStudio等软件的操作，独立进行PK、PD数据分析，以及E-R分析； 5. 熟悉 CDE、FDA等监管机构临床药理相关的指导原则，能在ICH-GCP法规要求下开展相关工作； 6. 具有良好的学习能力、跨部门沟通能力以及团队合作精神。
