## Job description

### 岗位职责

负责与西安地区的移植&痛风医生、药剂师及其他医疗专业人士进行医药信息沟通，推广公司移植&痛风产品。组织和执行医学会议、研讨会及培训活动，传递产品知识并解答专业疑问。收集市场反馈、竞争动态及客户需求，定期向管理层提交分析报告。维护和拓展与关键客户的长期合作关系，确保客户满意度。确保所有信息沟通活动符合医药行业法规、合规要求及公司政策。协助销售团队制定区域推广计划，支持销售目标的达成。提供医学支持服务，包括处理产品相关咨询和不良反应报告。

### 职位要求

学历要求：本科及以上学历，医学、药学、生命科学或相关专业优先。

### 专业要求

具备医药或医疗行业背景，熟悉移植&痛风领域产品知识者优先。

### 工作经验

不限，有医药代表、医学信息沟通或相关岗位经验者优先考虑。

### 技能要求

优秀的沟通、演讲及人际交往能力，熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件。

### 行业要求

了解医药行业法规、合规要求及市场动态。

### 其他要求

能适应频繁出差，具备良好的团队合作精神和抗压能力。
