！招聘岗位：中央市场部，产品组负责人,妇瘤领域，。Major Roles and Responsibilities 主要职责规划、协调和执行所负责品牌策略及相关营销活动，以发展和保持品牌地位，最大限度的实线短期及长期团队及公司目标；参与产品市场计划和品牌管理，执行学术活动；收集并整理学术及竞品信息、动态市场走势，进行内外部数据分析；负责相关领域专家团队的组建、日常拜访及客情维护；负责对销售团队进行产品知识培训和技术答疑Job Requirements 职位要求Education 教育背景本科学历及以上，医学、药学及相关专业；Experience 经验3年以上制药及相关行业品牌管理经验，熟悉医药行业市场营销，拥有肿瘤领域工作经验者优先Personal Skills 技能较强的策略思维、数据分析能力及市场敏锐度，能够准确把握产品定位，打造并维护独特品牌观念；拥有市场活动策划及执行经验，能独立设计活动方案，执行并把控活动各环节及流程；较强的KOL管理能力，包括沟通、谈判、学术关系维护等；良好的团队合作精神，拥有跨部门沟通协作能力；具备一定的创新思维；有强烈且明确的职业发展意愿和责任感。
