## Job description

### 岗位职责

管理代谢疼痛产品的区域市场策略，包括制定年度销售目标和推广计划。开发并执行产品上市活动，确保与全国策略一致。协调销售团队和医疗专业人士，推动产品教育和临床合作。分析市场数据和竞争动态，提供定期报告以优化决策。确保所有市场活动符合行业法规和合规要求。支持关键客户关系管理，提升产品在区域内的市场份额。

### 职位要求

本科及以上学历，专业为药学、医学或相关专业。优秀的沟通、演讲和人际交往能力，能有效与医疗团队协作。熟练掌握数据分析工具（如Excel或BI软件）和市场研究技能。对代谢疼痛或相关治疗领域有深入的了解。具备项目管理能力，能独立处理多任务并适应快节奏环境。外企相关领域背景优先。
