## Job description

### 岗位职责

开发和验证药物分析方法； 执行药物样品的分析测试，保证数据准确性和可靠性； 准备和审查实验报告、数据记录及标准操作程序（SOP），支持研发和质量控制流程； 参与新药研发项目，提供分析支持并解决技术问题，优化实验方案； 维护、校准和故障排除实验室仪器设备，确保高效运行； 与跨职能团队（如研发、生产和QA）协作，协调分析任务并推动项目进展。

### 职位要求

硕士学历，药学、药物分析或相关专业背景； 能够熟练操作HPLC、GC等设备， 熟悉中国药典、美国药典以及ICH中质量研究相关法规； 具有敏捷的思维，能够通过查阅文献或者法规解决日常复杂制剂质量研究中问题； 优秀的沟通、团队合作和问题解决能力，能适应快节奏研发环境。
