## Job description

岗位职责
- 参与药品全生命周期质量管理体系的维护与优化。
- 参与FDA/EMA等全球药监机构审计项目。
- 参与质量事件管理，包括偏差调查、变更控制及CAPA有效性评估。
- 处理药品放行检测与稳定性研究的整体质量合规工作。
- 监督QC实验室数据完整性体系运行，确保分析活动符合全球药典要求。
- 参与分析方法转移和验证的合规性审核。
- 协同生产、研发、采购等部门推动质量标准落地执行。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，药学、制药工程、药学英语、药事管理等相关专业。

### 知识能力
- 了解药品生产质量管理规范，了解药品生产验证指南。 了解车间生产流程。 具备良好的英语听说读写能力。

### 核心素质
- 卓越的学习能力：能快速吸收新知识，掌握复杂的法规和技术要求。

### 强大的分析与解决能力

逻辑清晰，善于发现问题并推动解决。

### 出色的沟通与协调能力

具备团队合作精神，能有效地与不同部门的同事沟通。
