## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责多肽/小核酸的合成/纯化工艺创新开发与优化，使其满足多肽/小核酸药物创新优势与差异性；
- 对接公司内外研发团队，带领团队对多肽/小核酸的合成技术，纯化技术等进行持续提高，并持续引入最新技术，确保产品成本竞争力；
- 负责多肽/小核酸项目的推进和支持工作，精通多肽/小核酸合成工艺、设备和新技术，并能够处理疑难的专业技术问题；
- 负责多肽/小核酸项目组员的人才培养，技能分享，绩效提升等团队管理工作；
- 维护多肽/小核酸研发平台的设施设备，保障实验室人员、设施设备安全及环境卫生；
- 具备优秀的项目管理、技术创新能力，熟悉药品注册申报法律法规的相关流程。

### 任职要求
- 有机化学、药物化学、生物化学等相关专业，硕士及以上学历；
- 具有较强的文献检索和调研能力、学习能力，熟练的英语写作和流利的英语交流能力；
- 具备优秀的沟通能力、组织协调能力、抗压能力，卓越执行力、创新能力、项目管理能力和团队合作精神。
