## Job description

### 岗位职责

1.参与产品临床试验方案的制定、确保临床试验方案的执行；2.对原始数据进行溯源核查，确保临床数据的准确性与完整性；3.协调各医院临床进度，监督临床方案实施；4.协调解决临床试验过程中出现的问题，协助处理临床数据；5.协助召开临床试验各阶段会议，准备临床试验样品资料；6.做好临床研究数据的整理工作，为成果转化提供前期数据支持。

### 招聘要求

‌1 本科及以上学历，医学、‌护理学、‌药学等相关专业，‌年龄35岁以下；‌2 熟悉临床试验相关的法规和指导原则，‌熟悉与临床试验相关的医学、‌药学相关知识，‌熟练使用办公软件；‌3 ‌有创新药临床经验者优先考虑；‌4 ‌需要具备较强的沟通能力，‌良好的人际交往能力和冲突解决能力，‌以便与临床医生沟通并共同解决问题。5 具备良好的抗压能力，‌能够适应长期出差。‌
