## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 参与药品从研发到生产的技术转移，审核技术开发报告、研发质量文件，起草技术转移方案；
- 负责药品生产所用原辅料、中间体、成品的检测及放行，HPLC等分析仪器维保与校验；
- 承担药品质量标准修订、方法优化，验证方案的起草、实施；
- 跟进实验室异常情况，负责OOS、异常、偏差等的调查；
- 监督实验室合规管理、数据完整性管理；
- 参与FDA/EMA等全球药监机构审计项目；
- 参与卓越运营管理，提升实验室运营效率。

### 岗位要求

1.211/985院校，硕士以上学历，药物分析学、药学、分析化学、微生物学等相关专业； 2.具有良好的沟通表达能力、抗压能力，积极进取，有较好的学习和自我管理能力。
