## Job description

### 职责描述
- 根据项目需求，负责抗体偶联药物(ADC)项目的工艺开发工作，包括方案制定及实施；
- 撰写原始试验记录、阶段性研究报告、技术转移报告、开发报告和工作总结等；
- 协助中试生产人员进行ADC项目的放大生产；
- 协调上下游，制剂和分析方法开发等部门，对ADC偶联工艺中遇到的问题进行分析或提出解决方案，推进项目开发工作；
- 协助部门负责人进行实验室建设和管理等工作。

### 任职要求
- 药学，化学，生物化学或相关专业硕士及以上学历；
- 具有ADC或其它类似偶联药物研发的相关实习经验优先考虑；
- 可以独立进行各种类型的偶联试验设计，优化及实施；
- 熟悉ADC的表征方法和关键质量属性 ；
- 有良好的动手能力和实验室操作安全习惯；熟练使用HPLC，层析系统等设备；
- 具有良好的沟通合作能力，能和团队其他成员合作积极推进项目进展。
