## Job description

### 岗位描述

1. 负责抗体类产品的中间产品、原液和成品的检验及放行；2.

### 负责分析方法的转移和验证实验，并依照GMP要求撰写相应的分析方法转移及验证方案和报告，主要涉及实验内容包括

细胞活性，ELISA类检测，Q-PCR法检测；3. 发生异常情况时，协助主管进行异常调查工作；4. 根据GMP要求，完成操作规程和管理文件的起草，实验室仪器设备的验证与维护；5. 负责检验用细胞库的建立和管理工作；6. 完成上级安排的其他相关工作并按要求提出工作报告。

### 任职要求

1. 本科毕业，生物工程，细胞学，免疫学，分子生物学等相关专业。英语水平良好，能熟练阅读英文文献。2. 熟悉细胞培养，活性测定，ELISA法，Q-PCR，核酸提取等相关分子生物学和细胞生物学实验操作；3. 能根据GMP要求，起草相应文件；4. 工作态度认真，积极进取，沟通良好，注重团队合作；5. 诚实，敬业，工作严谨，并具有良好的大局观和高度的责任心。
