## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 按照SOP操作洗瓶机、隧道烘箱、轧盖机，包括设备模块的安装和更换，设备的调试和使用。以及对本岗位设备、仪器和仪表进行维护保养。
- 负责洗瓶间、轧盖间厂房、设备及设施的清洁、消毒工作，岗位各批产品之间的清场工作。
- 负责灌装开始前原液的接收和复核，将原液经缓冲间转移到配液暂存间，经管道连接将药液转移至灌装间储液袋内。
- 生产用西林瓶、铝盖的接收核对西林瓶清洗前的预处理工作。
- 日常GMP检查，按照SOP进行生产完成记录、台账的填写，保障药品生产的质量。
- 按照培训计划组织培训、接受培训。

### 任职资格

1、大专及以上学历，有制药企业生产技术员工作经历； 2、1年以上生物制药企业中、大规模制剂生产技术操作经验，熟悉洗瓶轧盖等相关生产设备操作，具备相应的专业知识； 3、能吃苦耐劳，有良好的团队意识和沟通表达能力。
