## Job description

岗位描述
- 参与抗体下游纯化工艺的小试研究，包括层析条件优化、病毒清除验证、工艺参数确认等工作，为技术转移提供充分的实验数据支撑。
- 评估工艺在目标生产设备上的适用性，识别工艺放大过程中的关键差异并提出调整建议。
- 主导抗体下游纯化工艺从工艺开发部门向生产部门的技术转移全流程工作，包括转移可行性评估、差距分析、风险评估、转移方案的制定与实施。
- 参与技术转移及工艺开发相关SOP、技术报告、工艺规程、批记录等技术文件的起草、修订与维护。
- 支持技术转移过程中偏差的调查与处理，识别工艺放大及转移过程中的风险点，提出合理的解决方案并跟进CAPA的落实。
- 参与下游纯化工艺的持续优化工作，结合生产数据反馈，对已有工艺的收率、纯度及产品质量进行分析，提出优化方案。
- 主导工艺验证工作，包括验证方案的起草、现场技术支持、数据分析及验证报告的撰写。
- 负责注册申报资料（IND/BLA）中下游工艺相关章节的撰写与审核，并配合注册部门完成审评过程中工艺相关问题的回复。 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，生物工程、生物化学、生物制药、制药工程、药学或相关专业。
- 具备优秀的跨部门沟通与协作能力，具有较强问题分析和解决能力；工作态度严谨细致，主观能动性强。
- 具有两年及以上抗体下游工艺开发或生产经验，具有技术转移经验优先。
- 熟悉抗体下游工艺原理和操作，能运用统计学工具进行工艺数据分析的优先。
- 有工艺验证和BLA申报经验优先。
- 有在申报海外项目工作经验的优先。
