## Job description

### 职责描述

ž 深入分析疾病领域、患者旅程、竞品动态及数字化趋势，制定清晰的零售市场和社交媒体推广策略和计划。ž 与医院市场团队、医学部、市场准入、销售及外部伙伴紧密合作，确保产品规划与公司整体业务战略和品牌目标高度协同。ž 确定产品在院外市场定位、目标用户群（患者、家属、高危人群等）及核心价值主张。ž 制定产品运营策略，包括用户获取、激活、留存和转化计划。ž 建立并监控核心数据指标体系，通过数据分析洞察用户行为，评估产品效能与商业影响，驱动产品持续优化迭代。ž 探索并管理与第三方平台（如互联网医院、健康社区、电商平台）的合作接口与整合。ž 确保所有产品内容、功能及运营活动严格遵守国内外医药法规、数据安全法及公司内部合规政策。ž 主动识别并管理产品相关的医疗、法律、数据隐私及商业风险。

### 任职要求

ž 本科及以上学历，医学药学、等相关专业优先。žPersonal Skills 技能ž3年以上制药企业中央市场部工作经验者，有零售和快消品市场推广经验优先。ž熟悉特定疾病领域（如慢性病、眼科疾病等）的患者生态和诊疗路径。ž 具备用户增长、私域运营或数字营销相关实践经验优先。
