## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责蛋白、单抗、双/多抗的表达，评估并筛选各种表达系统，实现目标蛋白的高效、高质量表达；
- 运用各种技术开发并优化蛋白表达平台；
- 负责各类细胞的复苏、传代、培养、冻存等细胞相关性实验内容；
- 负责持续跟进前沿技术，不断优化提升蛋白表达水平；
- 积极参与并解决项目过程中出现的问题，保障实验顺利推进；
- 整理撰写相关试验方案、按要求完成实验记录与报告的书写；

### 负责实验室相关设备的日常清洁与维护；根据公司需求，积极参与部门的其他相关工作； 岗位要求
- 生物化学、细胞生物学或药学相关专业；
- 硕士及以上学历；
- 具备二年以上抗体/蛋白表达经验，有高通量蛋白表达者优先；
- 熟悉蛋白瞬转、稳转平台技术，对表达平台优化和trouble shooting 具有一定经验；
- 具有良好的英文阅读能力以及书写能力； 5. 掌握多种蛋白表达系统，如哺乳动物细胞、大肠杆菌、昆虫细胞等，要求在CHO和HEK293 表达方面有丰富经验，可以提升抗体表达量；
- 具有较强的学习能力，独立思考能力及解决问题能力，较强的数据总结和分析能力；
- 对蛋白和抗体表达有深入的了解，对实验室无菌操作有具体经验；
- 具有高度的责任心和团队合作意识，具有良好的沟通能力及承压能力。
