## Job description

### 岗位职责

医学专业知识：深入理解肿瘤治疗领域的产品及相关医学专业知识，树立专业医学形象。

### KOL专家管理

识别、维护与关键客户（KOL）的学术关系，分析KOL专家现状和需求，‌与市场部/销售部协作，‌进行项目合作与管理。

### 医学项目管理

‌主导或推进医学项目开展，‌包括项目立项前的专家需求挖掘、方案制定、专家拜访沟通、方案撰写‌、‌数据汇报以及报告交付等；‌ 医学策略和计划：根据公司战略和跨部门合作，‌制定区域疾病领域的医学策略和计划；‌ 跨部门合作与培训：‌协助其他部门进行临床专家的拜访，‌解决医学相关问题，‌并为跨部门团队提供医学知识培训；‌ 任职要求： 教育背景：27届，临床医学、药学等专业，硕士及以上学历。

具备优秀的学术沟通表达能力、学习能力及人际交往能力。

### 个人特质

强烈的自驱力，积极主动，能适应多任务工作和出差。

### 语言要求

熟练的英语读写能力，能够查阅和解读国际文献。 匹配完善的管培生培养体系和轮岗机会。
