## Job description

职位描述
- 根据领域内竞争格局和临床需求开展best-in-class或first-in-class心血管、代谢、眼科项目的调研和立项工作
- 作为负责人PL推进心血管、代谢、眼科管线项目至PCC，主导早研阶段体内外药理、药代、毒理研究等

### 跨部门合作以推进项目开发，衔接上下游功能如小分子药化，抗体发现，项目管理等 任职要求
- 心血管、代谢、眼科或相关领域博士加3-5年以上工业界研究工作经历
- 有多个早研项目的开发经验，至少有一个作为主项目负责人PL完成从概念到PCC分子的完整开发
- 熟悉心血管、代谢、眼科相关的疾病类型及机制；
- 英文流利，并有优秀的团队合作和人际交流能力
