## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 政策研究与可及策略制定 研究分析国家医药产业政策方向，分析医院可及机会，参与制定可及策略与计划。
- 关键客户与院企合作管理 构建新型院企合作关系，推动产品合规可及，提升公司品牌形象。
- 可及项目规划与执行 参与医院可及项目的活动规划、设计、落地执行等全流程管理，协调内外部资源，保障项目目标高效达成。

### 任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，医药学相关专业；
- 了解医院可及基本流程，具备良好的沟通表达能力与团队合作能力；
- 具有较强的学习能力和强烈的个人成长意愿，可以接受全国范围内1-2年轮岗。
