## Job description

### 工作职责

独立合成小分子药物
- 根据任务要求，对目标分子进行合成路线设计，合成条件筛选，及合成实验室工作；
- 能独立查阅文献或者根据经验积极独立地解决化学合成中的问题；
- 严格遵循实验室安全操作相关规定，做到个人防护到位及实验室整洁；
- 定期汇报研发工作进展，参加团队内部培训，提高有机化学，药物化学能力。

### 任职要求
- 有机化学专业，博士学历；
- 具有较好的化合物路线设计及较强的有机合成能力；特别是多步合成能力，有机全合成专业优先考虑。
- 具备良好的英语读写能力，文献查阅能力，及良好的实验室安全意识；
- 工作严谨踏实，责任心强，善于沟通，具有团队合作精神。
