## Job description

### 岗位职责

运用晶体学或冷冻电镜等结构生物学手段，开展小分子或大分子药物与靶标蛋白复合物的结构解析工作； 结合分子生物学、生物化学及结构生物学技术，设计并优化蛋白纯化方案，独立完成蛋白的表达、纯化及三维结构测定； 评估并管理外包服务及外部研究合作供应商； 与公司内部各团队合作，确保结构研究工作满足项目需求，并对实验数据进行科学解读与合理阐释。

### 任职要求

具有结构生物学、结构药理学、生物物理学、生物化学等相关领域的博士学位，具备生物大分子结构解析的研究经验； 拥有NMR或HDX-MS技术进行结构表征的经验者优先考虑； 在蛋白质结构设计、表达、纯化及表征方面具有丰富的实践经验； 熟悉常用生物物理方法在蛋白及蛋白-药物复合物表征中的应用，包括但不限于SPR、ITC、MST等仪器的使用。
