## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 参与药品 QC 微生物全流程检验工作，包括无菌检查、微生物限度、细菌内毒素、环境监测、菌种管理等日常检验任务，规范完成检验记录、原始数据整理
- 协助微生物实验室设备日常维护、校准、培养基配制、阳性对照试验、菌种传代保藏等基础工作。
- 配合开展检验方法确认 / 验证、MDD事件调查、分析，参与实验室 SOP 文件修订、体系合规落地。
- 跟进实验室异常情况，负责OOS、异常、偏差等
- 监督实验室合规管理、数据完整性管理
- 参与FDA/EMA等全球药监机构审计项目
- 参与卓越运营管理，提升实验室运营效率
