## Job description

岗位职责
- 分子构建与蛋白表达 o 具备分子构建、蛋白表达（真核表达系统）及纯化的经验，能够熟练制备特定抗体、抗原等蛋白 o 设计并执行抗体表达的构建体生成
- 抗体工程化改造 o 参与抗体工程化改造，包括但不限于人源化、亲和力成熟、Fc功能改造等方案设计及优化 o 熟悉抗体结构改造，运用生物信息学工具分析抗体序列
- 功能性评价与检测 o 熟悉生物大分子的生化活性检测，如亲和力测定（fortebio/BLI）、酶联免疫吸附（ELISA）筛选及流式检测（FACS）分析，肿瘤细胞增殖实验等 o 通过细胞生物学及动物实验进行抗体功能性筛选及评价

### 文献调研与立项支持 o 主导抗体靶点调研、立项支持 o 具备较强的文献调研能力，能够针对特定方向进行深度文献调研并整理成总结报告，进行PPT汇报和展示 任职要求
- 免疫学、分子生物学、生物化学、细胞生物学、微生物学、药学、基础医学、药理学等相关专业，硕士及以上学历
